{\noindent Dear Professor Kulp:}

Your letter of July 21, 1981 is being forwarded to the Hussains, who are
currently on Sabbatical at Canterbury University in Christchurch, New
Zealand. I am sure that they will be pleased to learn that you are
using their book in your DIS 200 course.

The Hussains will not be back at the New Mexico State University until
January. Operating at such a distance from their home office with the
slow mails to that part of the world, it is doubtful if they will be able
to help you very much before the start of your fall term.

While I am not knowledgeable in your speciality, it does seems to me that
you are quite innovative in the transportation field.

\sign {\hfill Very truly yours,\cr\ssqip\signbar\cr
\hfill Arthur L. Samuel}

\fin			 % C'est tout.
